This workshop aims at providing forum to share the latest information and ideas on the fundamental aspects of organic field effect transistors and related functional interfaces. The goal is to establish understanding of fundamental electronic processes in organic semiconductors and field effect transistors in connection with chemistry, applications, and designing novel functional interfaces.

Notice:
Program and information for presentations (including both oral and poster presentations) are updated.
The technical sessions include:
Transport and spectroscopy phenomena in organic semiconductors and OFETs
New Materials, Synthesis, and Characterization of OFETs
Fabrication of novel interfaces and their functions
Connections between fundamental understanding and application of OFETs
